  • Screening of all attendees is being conducted: temperature checks at Boronia, Kew and Kilmore points of entry; sanitising and masks required at East Doncaster.
  • We are disinfecting commonly touched surfaces frequently throughout the day
  • Social distancing is strictly enforced:
  • Reduced number of chairs in waiting room (please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time)
  • Minimal use of waiting room (3 patients in Kew waiting room at any one time)
  • Option to wait in car (please phone when you have arrived so we can check you in and we will call you when the sonographer and/or Dr Robinson are ready for you)
  • PLEASE sanitise your hands before you take a seat or approach the front desk
  • PLEASE maintain 1.5m distance from other patients and our staff (observe red tape on floor)

Note regarding Telehealth appointments:

TeleHealth may still be the primary mode of care required for non-urgent consultations with Dr Robinson.
After your TeleHealth appointment, if Dr Robinson requires to see you face-to-face or have medical tests, we will contact you to make the appropriate appointments. In this instance, Kilmore patients will need to travel to Melbourne (Kew, Boronia or East Doncaster) for face-to-face consultations.
