Coronavirus (COVID-19) information

During the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, appropriate reinforcement as per Department of Health and Human Services regarding hygiene and infection prevention is as follows:
- Before your appointment:
- NO VISITORS to accompany anyone with appointments to consulting suites within hospital buildings, with the exception of care providers and parents accompanying children
- PLEASE complete your registration online
- Arriving at your appointment:
- Screening of all attendees is being conducted: temperature checks at Boronia, Kew and Kilmore points of entry; sanitising and questions at Heidelberg
- You will be given a brown paper bag to temporarily store the mask you arrived in and you will be given a fresh surgical mask to put on at entry until the time of your departure at the exit
- You will then be required to disinfect your hands after changing your mask
- We are disinfecting commonly touched surfaces frequently throughout the day
- Social distancing is strictly enforced:
- Reduced number of chairs in waiting room
- Minimal use of waiting room
- Option to wait in car (please phone when you have arrived so we can check you in and we will call you when the sonographer and/or Dr Robinson are ready for you)
- PLEASE sanitise your hands before you take a seat or approach the front desk
- PLEASE maintain 1.5m distance from other patients and our staff (observe red tape on floor)
- PLEASE DO NOT lean on the front desk
- Payment of accounts via EFTPOS only please NO CASH
Note for Dr Robinson’s Kilmore patients:
Kilmore Outpatients has been partially re-opened. TeleHealth may still be the primary mode of care required for non-urgent consultations with Dr Robinson.
After your TeleHealth appointment, if Dr Robinson requires to see you face-to-face or have medical tests, we will contact you to make the appropriate appointments.
Please note, you will need to travel to Melbourne (Kew, Boronia or Heidelberg) for face-to-face consultations.
